Rion La Croix Blanche

The fruit for La Croix Blanche comes from vineyards planted with vines averaging 50 years old, just south of the village of Vosne-Romanée on the border with the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation. The grapes were hand-harvested and

fermented in cement before aging in oak barrels for 12 to 15 mo, forming fine tannins and red fruit aromas, and red fruit aromas, evolving into classic Burgundian notes of savory mushrooms and earth. Excellent QPR!
